AALP Curriculum

Complete 9-week curriculum for dual-track youth & adult groups
The complete curriculum for the Asian American Leadership Program (AALP) is below. The curriculum spans 9 weeks of 1.5-hour sessions, designed for both in-person and online facilitation. The program will generally include two cohorts: 1) youth group, and 2) adult/caregiver group. AALP has separate curricula for the youth and adult groups, with age-specific lessons and activities. Click on the buttons below to navigate to the corresponding folder including weekly agendas, slides, and handouts.

Please note that the adult/caregiver cohort may be facilitated in a different language, depending on the participants' language preferences. During the AALP pilot, the adult cohort was facilitated in Mandarin Chinese. As a result, the curriculum below includes both English and Chinese versions of the adult curriculum. However, the Chinese-language materials offered below are incomplete and unofficial translations of the English-language program, created by one of our facilitators. It is recommended to check all translations before implementing AALP in Chinese or any additional languages.
