This facilitator training program allows you to learn the foundational values, skills, and histories needed for facilitating the Asian American Leadership Program (AALP). This training series consists of six slide decks for you to move through on your own schedule, at your own pace. You will need to budget about 10 hours to go through this self-guided facilitator training. We recommend gathering notebook and paper beforehand so that you can complete the activities within each training.
